Operates and improves secure, highly available infrastructure across RHEL, Windows, Azure, and multi-cloud environments. Responsibilities include server and network installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, automation, middleware support, security, disaster recovery, vendor coordination, documentation, and on-call support. The role also leads technical projects, mentors junior staff, supports development environments, manages asset lifecycles, and participates in infrastructure planning and optimization.

Handles moderate, difficult, and catastrophic workers’ compensation claims from investigation through settlement and closure. Determines compensability, causal relationships, reserves, medical bill payments, and subrogation opportunities. Negotiates settlements, manages vendors and complex files, facilitates return to work, applies workers’ compensation laws, maintains claim documentation, supports client relationships, and mentors team members.

Manages the enterprise Data Governance and Analytics Center of Excellence, leading staff, governance initiatives, analytics strategy, maturity modeling, budgets, vendors, and planning. Coordinates data quality, stewardship, privacy, acquisition, and release programs while partnering with data scientists, engineers, technology governance teams, and business stakeholders. Develops executive presentations, aligns enterprise definitions and algorithms, establishes standards, and ensures analytics projects and business cases meet organizational objectives and deadlines.

Handles workers’ compensation medical and indemnity claims from investigation through settlement and closure. Verifies coverage, determines compensability and causation, establishes reserves, manages medical bills and vendors, negotiates settlements, identifies subrogation opportunities, facilitates return to work, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and performance standards.

Identifies and evaluates delegated underwriting authority opportunities, conducts program administrator due diligence, assesses portfolio performance and risk, develops financial and profitability analyses, and prepares Program Assessment Reports for executive approval. Partners with underwriting and actuarial teams to validate assumptions, manage opportunity pipelines, and support implementation of approved insurance programs.

Provides legal advice on insurance coverage disputes and extra-contractual litigation. Conducts legal research, drafts opinions and correspondence, assesses risks, manages outside counsel, attends depositions, hearings, appeals, and mediations, and negotiates settlements. Advises business units, leads legal training and projects, develops risk controls, and directs legal support professionals. Requires independent judgment, strong analytical and communication skills, and expertise in insurance laws and regulations.

Lead technical delivery of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, guiding design, development, integrations, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud modernization. Provide hands-on .NET development, incident resolution, operational readiness, and coach engineering teams while ensuring security, retention, and governance for content services.

Support P&C pricing through rate reviews, filings, pricing tool validation, predictive model support, and automation. Prepare analyses, communicate results to underwriting leadership, respond to regulator questions, maintain documentation, and improve recurring processes using Excel, SQL, VBA, and emerging AI tools.

Support P&C pricing via rate indications, filings, and reporting.
