Lead enterprise cloud architecture engagements, define target-state AWS architecture and roadmaps, establish standards and governance, design scalable multi-account and hybrid infrastructures, implement IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), build automation and CI/CD pipelines, mentor client teams, optimize cost/performance/security, and lead architecture reviews and workshops.

Lead and execute enterprise-scale VMware-to-AWS datacenter migrations using AWS migration tools (MGN, CloudEndure, HCX). Perform assessments, dependency mapping, wave-based migration planning, build AWS landing zones, implement hybrid connectivity, automate workflows with Terraform/CloudFormation and scripting, and provide client guidance, post-migration validation, and hypercare for large migration factories (200–500 VMs).

Lead technical delivery of AWS solutions, design and document architectures (landing zones, container platforms, storage, networking), mentor teams, perform cost/risk analyses, drive IaC and DevOps practices, ensure project governance, and support pre-sales and client communication.

Lead DevOps transformation and platform engineering for enterprise clients: design and implement CI/CD platforms, Kubernetes/EKS infrastructure, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK), observability, and DevSecOps integrations; mentor client teams, run workshops, troubleshoot pipelines, and ensure reliability, security, and compliance.

Manage customer-facing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client satisfaction. Lead multiple project teams, oversee budgets, and develop client relationships while optimizing processes and driving operational improvements.
