Manage and grow ecoATM’s wholesale device sales business by meeting quotas, selling varied device inventory, managing buyer accounts, onboarding new customers, negotiating offers, monitoring market pricing, and ensuring timely payments. The role focuses on building global wholesale partnerships, increasing case lot sales, acquiring new buyers through sales channels and trade shows, and maintaining strong customer relationships in a remote, numbers-driven environment.

Owns ecoATM’s global tax function, including tax planning, ASC 740 income tax provisions, federal, state, local, and international compliance, audits, tax controls, and third-party provider management. The Director partners with executive leadership on transactions, cash tax planning, and risk, while improving systems and processes, transitioning work in-house, and eventually building an internal tax team.

Drive full-cycle, quota-bearing retail partnerships: prospect, negotiate, close contracts, and ensure kiosk installations. Build ROI-driven proposals, present to executives, manage Salesforce pipeline, coordinate cross-functional handoffs, and analyze market/competitive trends to grow revenue.

Lead balance sheet forecasting, maintain long-term integrated financial model, and own the thirteen-week direct cash flow forecast. Produce monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for management and ownership, monitor covenant compliance, translate P&L drivers into GAAP-compliant balance sheet and cash flow projections, and partner cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
