Drive new-logo growth across Life Sciences accounts in Northern California and territories west of the Mississippi. Build territory strategy, generate pipeline, lead complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles, engage executive and technical stakeholders, develop ROI-based business cases, and close strategic platform deals valued at $500K–$1M+ ACV. Partner with Siemens, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to expand enterprise opportunities and support digital transformation initiatives.

Owns maintenance and support of Virscidian’s existing software products. Responsibilities include resolving defects and customer issues, developing C#/.NET desktop and server applications, working with SQL Server and REST APIs, supporting Azure resources and DevOps processes, troubleshooting deployments, and delivering incremental features. The role collaborates with support, product, business, and engineering teams while contributing to SaaS, scientific algorithms, performance, and scalability initiatives when appropriate.

QA Tester responsible for designing, planning, executing, and scaling test cases for ELN, inventory, and scheduling products. The role includes expanding automated testing, performing functional and regression testing, documenting software defects, collaborating with technology, product, and support teams, and improving quality processes. The position requires familiarity with QA methodologies, test documentation, defect reporting, and web accessibility testing.

Owns renewals, retention, and expansion for assigned Luma customer accounts. Responsibilities include managing the full renewal cycle, identifying expansion opportunities, conducting needs assessments, negotiating terms, forecasting account health and revenue, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with Customer Success, Strategic Account Executives, Renewals, Presales, Finance, and RevOps. The role engages scientific researchers and laboratory decision-makers and requires 30% or more travel.

Develop and maintain LabArchives electronic laboratory notebook, inventory, and scheduler products. Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to design, build, test, release, and improve software features across front-end, back-end, and database layers. Create unit tests and expand automation frameworks, participate in code reviews, security audits, and accessibility evaluations, and contribute to continuous improvement in a remote environment.
