Support and automate CI/CD pipelines and OpenShift container workloads across multiple applications. Manages the statewide school-based services EHR and Medicaid billing implementation, including schedules, vendor deliverables, risks, issues, budgets, change control, governance, stakeholder communications, documentation, and project closeout. The role coordinates Agile and hybrid delivery activities, facilitates meetings and release planning, maintains project records, and ensures compliance with state and federal oversight requirements.

Leads enterprise endpoint engineering across Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure. Responsibilities include device provisioning, application deployment, patching, compliance, hybrid identity management, PowerShell automation, Windows infrastructure support, endpoint security controls, and mentoring junior engineers. The role also requires imaging and operating-system deployment, Active Directory and network administration, certificate authentication, and IAVA deployment processes. The position is primarily remote but requires candidates to reside in the DMV area for occasional in-person meetings.

Designs and leads enterprise network automation and architecture initiatives using Python, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, and Linux. Develops automation tools, testing frameworks, deployment pipelines, and secure scalable network solutions. Leads architectural decisions, code reviews, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and technical mentorship while supporting network operations and on-call rotations.
