Supports analyst relations and insights programs across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and Everest Group. Responsibilities include maintaining AR content libraries, coordinating announcements, curating analyst insights, leading client co-marketing initiatives, enabling sales and leadership teams, managing analyst relationships, and contributing to evaluation submissions such as Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave. The role requires cross-functional project management, strong communication, analytical thinking, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and light presentation design skills.

Leads product marketing strategy for Adobe technology offerings, including positioning, messaging, market research, go-to-market execution, launches, post-launch optimization, KPI reporting, and competitive analysis. Partners with product management, sales, growth, alliance, and communications teams to create integrated solutions, translate technical capabilities into customer value, and drive product awareness, adoption, and growth.

Lead development and execution of 360i's growth architecture: build repeatable GTM and pitch systems, productize AI-native social offerings, coordinate Creative and Media teams, and translate market insights into scalable client opportunities.

Lead social and influencer campaigns from ideation through execution and reporting. Recommend and manage creators, support contract negotiation, analyze social data, manage timelines, and collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to develop editorial content and influencer strategies focused on the sports landscape.

Provide administrative and facilities support for the Charlotte office: manage supplies, vendor/building relationships, budgets and expense reports, front desk and security access, onboarding and workspace setup, coordinate moves and events, maintain office cleanliness and compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams on operations and employee experience.

Moderate and engage with comments across client social channels in English (and German), write brand-appropriate content, maintain safe communities, escalate issues and align with client tone and guidelines. Work varied shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends.
