Provide administrative and operations support for the Charlotte office, including vendor and facilities liaison, front-desk and conference room management, inventory and budget reporting, onboarding support, office security and space changes, event and employee engagement coordination, and partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth daily operations.

Lead social and influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Develop editorial content, identify and contract creators, negotiate fees, manage influencer relationships, oversee timelines and deliverables, analyze social data to produce actionable insights and reports, collaborate with creative, production, legal, and sponsorship teams, and maintain awareness of sports and cultural trends.

Lead global sponsorship strategy and execution for a major brand (focus on Formula 1). Manage international agency teams, rightsholder relationships, activation campaigns, budgets, negotiations, and senior client communications. Mentor junior staff and produce client-ready strategic decks and activation plans. Travel as required.
