Oversees daily processing by distributing work, aligning resources, and monitoring deadlines. Provides limited direction and answers employee questions. May handle customer transmission files and performs duties of Processing Specialist I–IV.

Handles inbound sales calls: process orders, answer questions, identify sales opportunities, and sell products/services using a prescribed consultative sales approach. Navigates multiple PC order systems to price products, initiate proofs, release orders to manufacturing, and follow through with customers.

Responsible for implementing Deluxe solutions, managing multiple small projects, customizing software, testing systems, and preparing status reports.

Provide technical and functional support for the IMS (OnBase) platform by troubleshooting application issues, resolving customer incidents, and communicating status. Serve as primary case owner, collaborate with Development/QA, document troubleshooting and resolutions, follow escalation procedures, mentor peers, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
