Manage and grow client relationships for major market accounts by understanding client programs, optimizing check/payment performance, developing account plans, driving cross-functional initiatives, and uncovering revenue opportunities. Monitor projects, validate results, capture key information in systems, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and executives to deliver client value and generate references and case studies.
