Responsibilities include customer planning, omnichannel merchandising, Lowe’s execution, sell-in materials, display budget management, retail media programs, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Creative, and Visual Merchandising teams.

Owns the Lowe’s account and develops profitable category growth strategies for Delta Faucet’s showering business. Builds customer relationships, leads negotiations and business reviews, manages forecasts, and delivers sales, profitability, assortment, pricing, promotion, and omnichannel objectives. Uses customer, market, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities and resolve risks. Leads cross-functional teams across marketing, product, finance, supply chain, operations, and digital functions while coordinating execution and customer commitments.

The Plant Accounting Manager supports manufacturing operations through general ledger maintenance, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, inventory control, and SOX compliance. The role analyzes labor, overhead, scrap, capital, and cost drivers; coordinates cycle counts and reconciliations; and provides financial insights to plant leadership to support cost reduction and operational improvement.
