Identify opportunities, shape solutions, manage proposals and negotiations, close contracts, and oversee execution, staffing, margins, customer satisfaction, and mission outcomes. Build teams, maintain pipelines, expand portfolios, and lead customer relationships while applying federal acquisition, defense-industry, and cloud-native technology expertise.

Leads customer-facing solution architecture and engineering enablement for secure, cloud-native government delivery projects. Responsibilities include advising customers, mentoring engineers, managing proof-of-concept initiatives, designing systems, building CI/CD pipelines, deploying and troubleshooting Kubernetes-based packages, and improving team processes. The role also supports demonstrations, technical content, market research, and growth initiatives while collaborating across technical and business teams.

Generates and qualifies defense and commercial opportunities, builds relationships with stakeholders and industry partners, collaborates with Account Executives on early acquisition strategies, tracks funding and program priorities, and shares mission and technical insights with Growth and Engineering teams. The role also represents the company at industry events and working groups while connecting secure cloud-native software solutions to customer mission needs.
