Serve as primary HR contact managing full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, benefits support, HR recordkeeping, compliance, and HRIS administration. Partner with leadership to improve HR processes, coordinate training, support payroll collaboration, and handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Support Olympic sport coaches by ordering, distributing, laundering, maintaining, inventorying, and fitting athletic equipment and apparel. Assist equipment room operations, adhere to OSHA and NCAA safety/compliance, receive orders, and work events for packing, transport, and setup.

Prepare and coordinate college-wide federal, state, and local tax filings (Forms 990, 990-T, 1042/1042-S, 1099s, 941s, 1098-T, sales/use taxes). Manage international withholding and treaty exemptions, respond to tax inquiries and audits, document tax policies and procedures, and serve as a campus tax resource to ensure timely, compliant reporting.
