Supports US sales tax compliance, intercompany accounting, external tax advisors, vendor and expense processes, and ERP data quality. The role also contributes to process automation, audit readiness, variance analysis, and finance projects in a growing multi-entity SaaS environment.

The Enterprise Solutions Architect will optimize user journeys, enhance customer success, deliver technical demos, and provide support to ensure product utility.

Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers: design observability architectures using OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes, build and run POCs, deliver technical demos, guide telemetry ingestion and collector design, collaborate with sales and product teams, and create reusable demo environments and reference architectures to ensure customers realize Dash0's technical value.

Act as a technical advisor for enterprise customers: design observability architectures with OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes, build and run POCs and demos, guide telemetry ingestion and performance optimization, collaborate with Sales and Product to ensure successful Dash0 implementations and inform the product roadmap.

Drive enterprise new-logo sales across North America: prospect and close large accounts, build multi-threaded account plans, lead complex negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams, articulate ROI and business cases, generate outbound pipeline, and provide accurate CRM-based forecasts.
