Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for a major AI-driven product area. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ship measurable customer and business outcomes. Lead discovery, prototype and evaluate AI-enabled solutions, drive go-to-market and adoption, mentor product managers, and help improve product development practices across Crexi.

Design, implement, and maintain security controls across cloud (AWS) and on-prem systems. Lead vulnerability management, incident response, and remediation. Serve as SME for SIEM, SAST/DAST, IAM. Embed security in SDLC, support SOC 2/ISO 27001 audit readiness, mentor junior engineers, and recommend control improvements.

Design and implement multi-step agentic AI workflows (orchestration, retrieval, tool use, state management) using frameworks like LangGraph/LangChain. Build retrieval pipelines over proprietary CRE data, evaluate and monitor model quality with human-in-the-loop processes, integrate Anthropic models on AWS Bedrock, implement guardrails and observability, and rapidly prototype features with Product and Design to deliver trustworthy, source-linked AI capabilities that perform real business actions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, utilizing TypeScript and modern frameworks while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance user experience and performance.
