Owns commercial growth and strategic relationships across Coterie’s digital, embedded, and API-enabled partners. Responsibilities include developing account growth plans, increasing platform adoption, conducting business reviews, monitoring KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities, supporting integrations, forecasting in Salesforce, enabling partner teams, and collaborating with Technology, Insurance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. The role requires consultative selling, executive relationship management, analytical skills, and knowledge of digital distribution and embedded insurance.

Lead data-driven underwriting and insurance product initiatives, manage products across carrier partners, research growth opportunities, support E&S product development, coordinate implementations, and improve underwriting operations. The role partners across Insurance, Product, Claims, Data, and Operations to strengthen risk selection, compliance, controls, processes, and underwriting outcomes.

Leads the design, development, and maintenance of complex backend software systems. Owns significant features end to end, makes architectural decisions, improves scalability and performance, ensures code quality, mentors engineers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Builds production-ready C# and .NET APIs within microservices and containerized environments, using cloud databases and services. Participates in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
