Drives special-order window sales across a multistate territory by engaging retail and professional customers, managing quotes and orders, conducting jobsite visits, delivering product training and demonstrations, resolving customer issues, and reporting sales activity through CRM tools. The role requires frequent customer meetings, sales planning, blueprint takeoffs, presentations, and feedback to leadership on market opportunities and competitive conditions.

Manage warranty claims from intake through resolution, validating coverage, documenting cases in Dynamics 365, coordinating technicians and vendors, monitoring progress, processing reimbursements, and preparing settlement letters. Investigate root causes, communicate with customers and internal teams, address difficult concerns, report claim trends, and support corrective actions and quality improvements. The hybrid role requires two days per week at the Welcome, North Carolina plant.

Lead extrusion operations and technical teams (maintenance, engineering, quality) to optimize processes, ensure product quality, reduce waste, improve throughput, support startups and capital projects, run root-cause analysis, and train staff.

Lead plant quality organization to implement and execute the company quality control roadmap. Own end-to-end quality across supplier, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction; develop QMS, inspection and testing methods, drive root-cause problem solving and corrective actions, monitor metrics, and supervise Quality Technicians to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Supervise extrusion production shift to meet schedules while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Monitor processes and equipment, train and coach team members, run shift meetings, analyze production data, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance/quality/material handling, and maintain production records and compliance.

Assemble windows and doors on the production line, operate hand and power tools, maintain quality and safety, support material flow, train coworkers, monitor inventory, and perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long shifts.
