Manages the HR department, including employee relations, recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, compliance, performance management, training, investigations, and workforce policies. Partners with senior leadership on talent strategy, monitors employment-law compliance, develops HR processes and SOPs, oversees benefit-provider relationships, and supervises HR staff. The role is full-time and on-site, with occasional weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Manages customer-based manufacturing projects from RFQ review and quoting through production. Reviews scope, risks, estimates, and profitability; coordinates with engineering, purchasing, planning, accounting, customers, vendors, and department managers. Monitors actual project costs against estimates, approves quotes within authority, escalates larger projects, and develops data-driven quoting improvements and reports for FP&A.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across exempt, non-exempt, and technical roles. Build talent pipelines and talent maps, develop sourcing strategies and AI recruiting tools, analyze recruiting metrics, manage talent budgets, mentor recruiting staff, and partner with hiring leaders. Represent and strengthen the employer brand while ensuring compliant, scalable hiring processes.
