Remote Spring 2027 internship program for recent graduates and early-career professionals. Interns may be considered for opportunities in global communications, marketing, marketing operations, donor relations, donor research, or HR. Participants must meet faith-based, child-protection, cultural-behavior, education, availability, schedule, and U.S. employment eligibility requirements. The internship runs February 1 through May 14, 2027, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Paid, in-person summer internship at Compassion International’s Colorado Springs headquarters. Interns may work in business support, donor relations or research, global programs, graphic design, legal, marketing, people and culture, or project management. The program includes hands-on work, professional development, mentorship, spiritual formation, and community engagement. Applicants must be Christian, meet child-protection and cultural expectations, be a college junior, senior, or recent graduate, and work full-time from May 24 through July 30, 2027.
