Lead planned giving strategy and direct fundraising for high-value donors, managing prospect cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and donor events. Oversee planned giving operations (bequest processing, marketing, donor pipelines), may manage a small team, set and administer budgets, represent the organization publicly, and travel occasionally to engage constituents and support ministry objectives.
