As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will design robust backend features, build frontend experiences, and drive microservices migration while ensuring performance and security for hotel distribution integrations.

Hunt for new hospitality clients, build prospect lists, execute high-volume outbound outreach and cold-calling, deliver virtual and in-person product demos, develop local partnerships, attend events (under 10% travel), represent Cloudbeds in the market, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for mid-market hospitality customers, manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and cross-functional coordination to drive adoption and transition to Account Management. Deliver high-touch customer communication, monitor success metrics, and ensure timely, measurable implementations in a SaaS environment.

Lead and scale mid-market onboarding from contract to go-live and handoff. Build frameworks, SOPs, metrics, and staffing plans; improve deployment velocity, quality, training, and early retention. Manage escalations, partner cross-functionally with Sales/Product/Support/Account Management, and coach a distributed team to deliver repeatable, high-quality multi-property implementations.

Lead Cloudbeds' global thought leadership: own strategy and editorial calendar, design and run original research, analyze proprietary platform data, produce executive viewpoints and customer stories, and translate findings into multi-channel content. Partner with executives and content teams, use AI tools in research and writing, and build repeatable research-to-content programs that drive media coverage and industry authority.

Lead backend development for the Booking Engine squad: design and implement PHP features, build APIs, model reservation data, improve scalability, performance, and reliability, migrate to microservices/event-driven architecture, mentor engineers, and promote testing and engineering best practices.

Lead global brand partnerships and enterprise sales for Cloudbeds, closing long-cycle, multi-million-dollar hospitality deals, driving pilots to enterprise rollouts, managing a growing team, representing the company at events, and partnering with execs across Product, Ops, and Commercial to ensure successful delivery.

Serve as HR Business Partner for Customer Success & Onboarding across North America and Canada: advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and Workday-driven People operations. Drive regional HR initiatives, support audits and contractor compliance, and collaborate with global HR teams to strengthen processes and leadership capability.

Build and evolve the guest-facing booking experience using React and TypeScript. Collaborate with product, design, and backend to ship performant, accessible, and well-tested features. Improve conversion through profiling and experimentation, lead technical discussions and frontend architecture, mentor teammates, and champion engineering best practices across testing, performance, and accessibility.
