Lead end-to-end supply chain planning transformations for global life sciences clients, advising executives on S&OP/IBP strategy, designing future-state processes and KPIs, overseeing planning solution implementations, facilitating executive workshops, mentoring consulting teams, and supporting business development and proposal efforts.
