Lead QA activities for a business unit supporting regulatory-grade clinical trial products. Serve as primary QA liaison, develop and execute quality strategies, manage audits/inspections, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, maintain quality systems and documentation, support client RFIs/RFPs and supplier oversight, and embed privacy, security, and regulatory controls across product and operational teams.

Design and deliver eCOA solution specifications for clinical trials by reviewing protocols, gathering sponsor requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting scoping/change control/testing, presenting designs, and maintaining study documentation to ensure data integrity and regulatory alignment.
