Support early- and late-phase feasibility activities: manage CRO proposals and RFIs, enter and maintain study records in CRM, submit budget requests, compile site metrics, coordinate with site personnel and BD, track feasibility submissions, attend team/CRO calls, run email campaigns, and ensure compliance with FDA/ICH/GCP and company SOPs.

Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversion, and enrollment; allocate budgets; build landing pages and prescreeners; partner with site teams; leverage AI and data to improve targeting and creative; develop scalable playbooks; mentor junior marketers; ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, GCP, and company SOPs.
