Supports planning and execution of global corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, roadshows, customer events, and brand activations. Lead channel enablement across the Americas by partnering with channel leadership, designing role-specific training and sales resources, building train-the-trainer programs, supporting partner eLearning and workshops, and translating field insights into scalable programs. Collaborate with global enablement, marketing, product, sales, and RevOps teams while using performance data and business outcomes to improve channel execution, sourced opportunities, and revenue.

Own production operations and highly available cloud infrastructure for regulated government environments. Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, disaster recovery testing, compliance operationalization, audit readiness, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring. Build automation, secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and compliance tooling across Kubernetes, Linux, containers, and cloud platforms. Partner with security, compliance, and engineering teams to improve reliability, deployment safety, and regulatory sustainment.

Own customer technical issues through resolution, troubleshoot complex networking and security problems, mentor support engineers, create knowledge articles, and advocate for customers across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, support designated customer programs, monitor customer status, identify risks and opportunities, and help improve global support services.

Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting assigned enterprise accounts via phone, email, and social media, qualifying opportunities (BANT), scheduling meetings for AEs, logging activity in Salesforce and Outreach, and meeting daily/weekly outreach and scheduling KPIs.
