Leads Catholic Relief Services’ global Green Climate Fund pipeline from opportunity identification through proposal submission. Responsibilities include donor intelligence, capture planning, pipeline governance, proposal readiness, resource planning, consultant roster management, process improvement, organizational learning, and coordination across country, regional, technical, and leadership teams. The role represents CRS with climate fund stakeholders and requires strategic judgment, facilitation, training, and up to 25% travel.

Coordinates administrative operations for country programs, including office support, facilities, travel, logistics, procurement, inventory, asset management, vendor liaison, records, and emergency response purchasing. Maintains compliance with organizational standards, donor requirements, local regulations, and internal controls. Collaborates with program, supply chain, HR, and partners to resolve issues, improve processes, support events and visitors, reconcile records, and strengthen knowledge management. Requires English and Spanish proficiency, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Provides operational support for fundraising and business systems through recurring data maintenance, duplicate remediation, bulk uploads, record merges, data quality initiatives, and user support. Responds to ServiceNow requests, creates documentation and training resources, tests system enhancements, and recommends process improvements. The role also supports data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and automation using programming and AI while escalating complex issues appropriately.
