Provides window and door training to builders, contractors, and store employees while coordinating with vendors and maintaining product knowledge.

Pulls, verifies, stages, and organizes fiber-cement siding orders for customer pickup and delivery. Maintains yard inventory, operates material-handling equipment such as forklifts, performs general warehouse labor, and keeps the work area clean and safe. Requires teamwork, customer service, outdoor work in all conditions, and physical dedication. Forklift training and certification are provided.

Assists customers with building-material product information, project advice, estimates, quotes, and transactions. Follows up on online quotes, cold-calls prospective customers, supports outside sales representatives, and helps with inventory control through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution. Completes training on products, the POS system, and paperwork while working toward sales and profit goals.

Manages overall truss plant operations, including production activities, inventory, staffing, scheduling, safety, and employee development. Oversees inside sales performance, pricing, profitability, costs, and operational goals while coordinating with general management, field teams, contractors, and internal departments. Leads hiring, training, motivation, discipline, and performance management. Requires extensive truss industry experience, knowledge of floor and roof truss manufacturing, delivery and fleet operations, inventory analysis, customer relationships, and flexible scheduling.
