Develop and maintain broker and seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Source and approve new brokers, train and advise on company programs and systems, act as liaison across underwriting/processing/closing to ensure timely loan closings and purchases, manage pipeline and CRM, ensure regulatory and company compliance, and provide high-level customer service.

Manage and process foreclosures across licensed states: log cases, prepare notices, record sales, clear title defects, monitor third-party sites, handle inquiries, review bankruptcies, and support foreclosure-related projects.

Research and resolve title issues for REO and refinance transactions, review title commitments, prepare curative documents, submit and monitor title claim packages, communicate status to stakeholders, and maintain accurate defect reporting.

Perform default reporting and analytics for mortgage servicing portfolios, validate and troubleshoot data and exception reports, conduct root-cause analysis, produce ad-hoc reports, document processes, and collaborate with default management to ensure regulatory-compliant, accurate reporting delivery.

Manage and monitor foreclosure vendor activities and processes to ensure timely, accurate residential mortgage foreclosure handling per investor, state, and federal requirements. Communicate with attorneys, trustees, vendors, clients, and internal teams; resolve escalations; maintain systems of record and tracking software; process fees and funds within SLAs; assist with training and SME tasks; ensure documentation, coding, and reporting for conveyance, REO transfers, and IRS reporting.

Review and quality-check FHA mortgage insurance claims for accuracy, ensure required documentation and reconciliations, communicate corrections, finalize and submit claims, and escalate trends or issues. Work under moderate supervision to meet agency and company guidelines and timeframes.

Monitor and manage foreclosure vendor activity and pipeline to ensure timely, accurate residential mortgage foreclosure processing per investor, state, and federal requirements. Serve as SME, assist with training, resolve escalations, verify fees/costs, communicate with attorneys/trustees, maintain system records, and ensure proper post-sale dispositioning and reporting.

Perform remote QA review and reconciliation of default mortgage claims (FHA, VA, PMI, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC). Validate expenses, verify taxes/insurance, identify and escalate errors/trends, document in mortgage platform, complete audits, and ensure claims meet agency and investor guidelines and timelines.

Perform general ledger accounting, monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, bank and cash activity, and financial statement support for Lending and Title divisions. Support month-end close, audits, internal controls, and cross-department coordination; division-specific duties include hedging, interest rate lock entries, lending revenue reconciliation, and title pass-through validation.

Support Treasury operations by processing and releasing funds, managing bank accounts and signatories, resolving exceptions, producing treasury reports, administering banking system access, handling unclaimed property reporting, liaising with banks and vendors, and participating in process improvement and treasury projects.

Handle written borrower disputes and Qualified Written Requests by researching loan records, identifying root causes, coordinating with business units, executing corrective actions, and composing formal factual responses within regulatory deadlines (RESPA, TILA, FCRA, CFPB). Maintain documentation, track deadlines, and ensure compliance while using Microsoft Office and relevant servicing software.

Manage commercial closing pipeline from contract to sale: order searches, issue title commitments, clear title and lender items, prepare closing statements, ensure seller documentation meets underwriter instructions, communicate with parties, support timely sale and funding, train staff, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Review underwriting decisions and final modification calculations for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure files and Fiserv tasking are properly documented, track errors and trends, report findings, provide training to new hires, and support process improvements and special projects.
