Grow Avinode Group’s business aviation customer base and revenue across the Americas through inbound and outbound B2B SaaS sales. Manage strategic relationships, identify client challenges, deliver tailored solutions, maintain CRM records, nurture sales opportunities, achieve quotas, develop market plans and forecasts, and communicate customer insights internally. Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product. International travel up to 25% is required.

Provide first-line customer and vendor support for FlightBridge, resolving booking, ticketing, billing, technical, and non-technical issues. Manage airline reservations, changes, refunds, credit card exceptions, and ticketing problems in Sabre GDS. Support customer onboarding, system integrations, user setup, data imports, and account configuration. Escalate complex issues, coordinate with software partners and vendors, test fixes, create support resources, and document activity in the CRM while meeting service-level commitments.

Manage and grow a portfolio of aviation-industry customers through retention, renewals, expansion, cross-selling, and upselling. Build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, drive product adoption, identify risks, and develop customer success and account growth plans. Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipelines while collaborating with Product, Support, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and leadership. Provide aviation market intelligence and customer feedback, with travel of up to 25%.
