Owns market, pricing, transaction, and historical data; researches fixed-income, Agency CMBS, macroeconomic, and commercial real estate markets; supports loan pricing and rate-lock execution; develops commentary and presentations; improves workflows through Excel, automation, and AI tools; and builds relationships with investors, Agencies, broker-dealers, and internal stakeholders.

Supports commercial real estate financing transactions through underwriting, market and property research, lease reviews, financial analysis, client marketing materials, property inspections, contact database maintenance, pipeline reporting, and special projects. The internship provides exposure to asset classes, clients, capital sources, deal structuring, negotiations, market trends, and financial models.
