Champions clean-core principles, secure coding, performance, quality standards, and controlled releases. Collaborates with functional, architecture, security, Basis, testing, vendors, and systems integrators while mentoring developers and supporting production stabilization.

Leads enterprise Order-to-Cash business systems analysis and solution design across order management, contracts, billing, rebates, finance, installation, and related functions. Translates business strategies into scalable process, data, integration, and technology solutions; resolves complex issues; evaluates alternatives; develops roadmaps and investment cases; partners with business and technical stakeholders; establishes analysis standards; and mentors other analysts.

Champions clean-core architecture and coordinates with business, architecture, security, data, testing, and operations teams. Owns portfolio planning, delivery commitments, quality, vendor performance, talent development, and successful solution transitions into operations.

Leads hands-on development of enterprise AI solutions, including intelligent assistants, copilots, RAG platforms, document intelligence, and business-process automation. Designs cloud-native applications across Azure, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BTP using Python, modern AI frameworks, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Provides architecture guidance, mentors engineers, troubleshoots production systems, and communicates technical decisions to cross-functional stakeholders. Requires substantial software engineering experience and production Generative AI expertise.

Requires significant travel and familiarity with ERP integrations and business processes.

Collaborates with senior stakeholders, analyzes program effectiveness, reports insights, establishes analyst standards, and serves as a deep technical resource. Develops and maintains ERP and technology training content, plans, job aids, assessments, and documentation.
