Supports commercial energy solution sales by identifying and quantifying savings opportunities across lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, water, gas, renewable energy, and telephony systems. Conducts site surveys, reviews utility bills, evaluates feasibility, develops proposals, performs ROI analyses, and presents recommendations to sales teams and customers. Collaborates with Product Development and Operations, improves estimation models through project reviews, and travels 25–50% of the time.

Supports the marketing team’s digital execution, including uploading and formatting HubSpot web pages, making basic backend and schema updates, conducting SEO audits, and assisting with redirects and internal linking. The intern also supports social media operations across LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Meta, creates internal communications, organizes digital assets, and provides administrative support.

The Account Executive will generate new business, build partnerships, manage sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and meet sales quotas, mainly focusing on energy efficiency solutions.

Identify and outreach to prospective clients, qualify leads from marketing, generate appointments, use social selling and digital campaigns, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert and report prospect status.

Create and edit video and motion-graphics for social, web, and events; design social and digital content, branded collateral, presentations, and event materials; maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to produce engaging visual storytelling.
