Drives profitable growth, retention, and account expansion for industrial chemical customers in pulp, paper, and water treatment. Manages strategic accounts, sales pipelines, forecasts, pricing, profitability, receivables, and customer relationships. Identifies new applications and cross-selling opportunities, conducts business reviews, coordinates with technical and supply-chain teams, oversees application reliability, and supports safety and risk-mitigation programs.

Manages customer relationships, drives retention and satisfaction, develops sales strategies, delivers savings projects, grows existing applications and volumes, pursues new opportunities, prepares forecasts and reports, and resolves customer concerns. The role requires extensive travel across assigned U.S. territories and collaboration with customers and internal teams to improve processes, reduce costs, and meet annual sales targets.
