Leads complex AI-enabled digital transformation engagements for healthcare, life sciences, and B2B clients. Advises C-suite executives, develops enterprise AI strategies and target operating models, integrates change management across transformation programs, and drives stakeholder engagement, training, governance, and adoption. The role also leads strategic pursuits, contributes to significant annual presales activity, develops healthcare growth strategies, and connects transformation outcomes to EBIT and ROI. Requires extensive consulting experience, healthcare expertise, executive presence, and frequent client travel.

Lead complex data analyses, develop statistical models, write advanced SQL, build data models and dashboards, and establish technical standards for analytics. Mentor analysts, troubleshoot data quality and modeling challenges, partner with data engineering, translate ambiguous business questions into rigorous analyses, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders. Own the analytics function’s technical roadmap while ensuring data privacy and security practices.

Leads digital projects from scope through delivery, managing budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and client expectations. Serves as Scrum Master, facilitates Agile ceremonies, coordinates distributed teams, reports project status, and drives on-time, on-budget outcomes. Partners with clients, product owners, business development, and program leadership to define solutions and improve delivery processes. Coaches team members, supports new opportunities, and promotes information security and data privacy practices.
