Owns strategic relationships with major banks and credit unions, driving account expansion, renewals, retention, executive alignment, and revenue growth. Owns Blend’s SEC filings, external financial reporting, technical accounting, equity and lease accounting, audit management, SOX compliance, and reporting systems. Leads preparation of 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings; advises on U.S. GAAP and complex transactions; improves automation, controls, close processes, and data integrity; manages Workiva and related finance systems; partners with auditors, executives, investor relations, legal, tax, and FP&A; and builds high-performing reporting teams.

Own full sales cycle to acquire net-new enterprise banking customers ($20B+ AUM). Source and qualify complex opportunities, engage C-suite, build ROI-driven business cases, negotiate contracts, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to close and expand accounts while maintaining Salesforce pipeline and forecasts.

Build and operate scalable Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure, develop Terraform infrastructure-as-code, maintain internal developer platform and tooling, support automation, security, and performance, and participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and incident escalation.

Manage and grow a security engineering team responsible for product and platform security, embedding security into the SDLC, running red team/adversarial testing, performing hands-on web application pentesting, threat modeling, secure-coding guidance, and defining AI security guardrails.
