Promote and sell analytical testing instruments and consumables to assigned customers and territories. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead qualification, account management, product demonstrations, quotations, CRM maintenance, sales forecasting, customer support, and collaboration with field sales and service teams. The role requires developing expertise in Biotage analytical testing products and meeting revenue and product-volume targets.

Provides phone and email technical support for laboratory equipment and services across the Americas. Documents and resolves customer cases, assigns field service work orders, supports sales and repair activities, develops repair estimates, and manages billable work orders, purchase orders, discounts, and forecasting. The role also provides occasional repair depot and applications lab support, requires safe handling of hazardous materials, lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and occasional travel.

The Technical Sales Representative sells analytical testing products, supports customers with solutions, trains them, and meets sales targets while managing relationships in the Life Science sector.
