Leads BGIS US business development, sales strategy, pipeline growth, revenue generation, and enterprise opportunity execution. Owns the Salesforce pipeline and personal sales quota while developing go-to-market plans, strategic account pursuits, proposals, and market segment action plans. Builds executive client and industry relationships, manages complex enterprise sales cycles, identifies cross-selling opportunities, reports business risks, and partners with global business development and marketing teams to achieve growth and margin objectives.

Leads financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, risk management, audits, payroll, internal controls, and financial analysis. Partners with executive leadership, joint ventures, government agencies, insurers, and unions to support operational decisions and improve margins. Oversees accounting policies, government contracting requirements, payroll for more than 600 employees, and annual 401K and CPA audits.
