Own 15–20 enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build executive and stakeholder relationships, develop success and account plans, monitor customer health and renewal risk, drive adoption and value realization, lead strategic reviews, synthesize customer feedback for Product and Engineering, and create scalable customer success playbooks and processes.

Owns high-value consulting and brokerage partnerships to drive pipeline and enterprise revenue. Develops strategic account plans, builds executive relationships, negotiates agreements, leads joint go-to-market initiatives, represents the company at industry events, and communicates partner insights internally. Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success while measuring partnership performance against revenue goals. The role is remote within the U.S. and requires approximately 40% travel.

Lead a backend engineering team responsible for Benepass Core Services, including ledger, decisioning, authentication, integrations, and money movement systems. Manage and develop 4–6 engineers, oversee hiring and performance, guide project execution, and maintain delivery accountability. Provide technical leadership through design reviews, prototyping, debugging, and operational incident management. Partner cross-functionally, uphold reliability and correctness standards, and model effective daily use of AI in engineering and management workflows.

The role involves driving product features from research to execution, using AI tools, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and advocating for customer experience improvements.

The Staff Product Manager will oversee the fintech strategy and partnerships, manage relationships with fintech partners, and align product features with the company's roadmap. This role requires extensive product management experience in the fintech space, focusing on building and scaling financial infrastructure.
