The Corporate Accounting Specialist supports month-end close through journal entries, reconciliations, and manages corporate expense programs. Responsibilities include financial analysis, invoice approvals, and process improvements.

Support the Director of Tax on federal, state, and local income, franchise, and sales tax compliance for Bell Partners and related entities. Review third-party-prepared returns, manage K-1 and tax delivery processes, assist with REIT qualification and investor reporting, perform tax research, support audits, prepare tax estimates and GAAP tax entries, and coordinate outsourced filings and annual reports.

The Director of Total Rewards leads the compensation and benefits strategy, overseeing design, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs, while partnering cross-functionally with HR and vendors.

Lead digital strategy, vendor management, website UX/CMS oversight, marketing technology integrations (including Yardi PMS), SEO/CRO, reporting and KPIs, and cross-functional support to optimize property and corporate digital experiences.

Assist the Community Manager with financial administration, posting rental collections, making deposits, overseeing accounting, supporting leasing staff, conducting market surveys, managing resident files and delinquencies, coordinating resident issues, and performing administrative tasks to maintain community operations.
