Drives sales growth across the assigned region by developing sales strategies, acquiring new accounts, cultivating leads, and maintaining existing client relationships. The role delivers presentations, proposals, and contracts; negotiates terms; collaborates with marketing and product teams; conducts market research; and analyzes sales performance, forecasts, and competitive activity to achieve sales targets.

Provide corporate legal counsel supporting securities, governance, M&A, financing, equity compensation, and corporate secretarial matters. Lead due diligence, negotiate complex transactions, ensure compliance with SEC and related regulations, partner with Finance and Compliance, manage external counsel, and develop policies, templates, and training to mitigate legal risk and support business objectives.

Lead design, optimization, validation, and integration of scalable NGS algorithms and pipelines to detect SNVs/Indels, CNVs, STRs, methylation, trisomy, and complex PGx loci. Drive targeted panel design, benchmarking with truth sets, technology transfer, production deployment, cross-functional collaboration, and scientific dissemination.
