Leads HR program delivery for the Charlotte manufacturing operation, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, training, compliance, leave administration, payroll data review, and HR records. Advises managers, manages benefits and recruiting vendors, supports employee initiatives, and ensures adherence to employment regulations. The role combines strategic HR planning with hands-on administration and requires regular interaction with employees and management in both office and manufacturing environments.

Develop advanced thermoplastic tapes, fiber-reinforced prepregs, and protective composite materials. Translate customer needs into product specifications, lead cross-functional R&D projects, optimize UHMWPE resin and processing methods, establish testing protocols, oversee pilot-line laboratory operations, support manufacturing transfer, and provide technical support to sales. The role requires collaboration across R&D, operations, quality, customers, and sales, with occasional travel between Charlotte facilities and industry events.
