Jobs at AWP Safety

Set up and remove traffic control devices, use stop/slow paddle to direct traffic, monitor jobsite safety, communicate with crew, work outdoors in all weather, stand or walk long shifts, and follow safety procedures. Paid training and certification provided.

Perform and manage lane closures and traffic control on state highways and roadways. Establish and maintain safe work zones, direct traffic with stop/slow paddles, set up/take down closures, collaborate with crew members, and follow safety procedures. Work mainly night shifts with physical labor, exposure to outdoor conditions, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Paid training and advancement opportunities provided.

Use stop/slow paddle to direct traffic, monitor job site safety, communicate with crew, maintain equipment, work outdoors in all weather, stand or walk long shifts (8–12 hours), occasionally work nights/weekends, and lift 40–50 pounds. Paid training and certification provided.

Provide daily EHS support to regional field teams: coach and train staff, conduct site visits and audits, maintain SOPs, perform compliance reviews, investigate incidents and lead root cause analysis, manage corrective actions, and supervise a small operational safety team. Travel required (~80%).
