Ensure reliable deployments, manage service administration, respond to escalations, and collaborate with reliability teams to optimize product performance and customer outcomes.

Lead company-level product operations and strategic initiatives to scale a multi-product Industrial AI platform. Build operating models, prioritize intake, drive cross-functional alignment, launch products, and represent product vision externally to customers, partners, and analysts. Translate strategy into execution, improve Product & R&D systems, and ensure predictable delivery and measurable impact.

Lead and develop an SDR team to drive qualified meetings and pipeline. Manage day-to-day execution, coaching, cadence, CRM hygiene, alignment with AEs/Marketing, outbound plays, and weekly reporting to improve funnel conversion and meeting quality.
