Owns the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships and corporate sponsorships, including prospecting, negotiation, contracting, activation, renewal, and growth. Builds executive relationships with consulting and service providers, develops partnership strategies, leads two Sponsorship Account Specialists, coordinates cross-functional delivery, manages Salesforce data and sales forecasting, and represents ACFE at industry events. The role focuses on expanding revenue and thought leadership through multi-year partnerships.

Processes invoices, purchase orders, cancellations, and incoming payments; reconciles accounts and ensures accurate taxes and charges. Responds to billing inquiries, updates customer information, generates invoices and reports, resolves discrepancies, and manages membership termination billing records. Supports billing platform projects, testing, and system enhancements while applying accounting policies and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
