Leads merchandising and brand management across a multi-brand e-commerce portfolio. Owns assortment strategy, pricing, promotions, product content, catalog quality, margin governance, product marketing alignment, and new product development. Builds a unified, analytics-driven merchandising function; establishes operating processes and decision rights; manages product roadmaps and launches; partners with finance, sourcing, manufacturing, marketing, creative, technology, and operations to improve profitability, conversion, SKU productivity, and portfolio growth.

Supports purchasing, sourcing, planning, and inbound logistics for a mattress manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, coordinating suppliers, tracking shipments and receipts, reconciling deliveries, maintaining landed-cost records, and resolving supply issues. The role also supports packaging trials and procurement of non-inventory items while coordinating with manufacturing and internal teams. This hybrid position requires residence near Clarksville, Tennessee, three in-office days weekly, and travel to a manufacturing partner in Greenbrier, Tennessee.
