Develop and execute marketing plans for a portfolio of apartment communities to drive traffic and occupancy. Partner with regional/property managers, manage budgets, oversee creative production, manage vendor relationships, analyze campaign performance and ROI, deliver training, and support client/owner presentations to secure management agreements.

Drive operational excellence, manage budgets and KPIs, lead and develop property teams, ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation, enhance resident satisfaction and retention, and implement market-driven leasing and marketing strategies.
