Performs mechanical design and advanced FEA using SolidWorks Simulation, including structural, thermal, fatigue, vibration, buckling, and contact analyses. Validates models through testing and engineering calculations, prepares technical reports, reviews designs against industry standards, investigates mechanical failures, and recommends corrective actions. Supports product development, material and weld evaluations, prototype testing, manufacturing, inspection, and field engineering activities while collaborating with project teams and customers.

Perform examinations of materials, guide trainees, interface with managers and clients, prepare written instructions, and report examination results.

Assist NDT technicians with inspections and examinations, prepare components for inspections, document on-the-job training, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

The role involves performing inspections, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with standards. Communication with managers and supporting trainees are key responsibilities.
