Lead Salesforce implementation engagements by facilitating requirements workshops, analyzing business processes, creating user stories and solution documentation, configuring Salesforce, managing technical teams and integrations, migrating data, leading user acceptance testing, and delivering end-user training. The role combines project management, business analysis, and advanced Salesforce configuration across Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Cloud environments.

Drive revenue for Salesforce implementation services by building pipelines, managing full sales cycles, creating SOWs, and cultivating C-suite relationships. Collaborate with Salesforce account teams, lead cross-functional internal resources, negotiate large contracts, and achieve quota while supporting strategic enterprise transformations.

Lead and deepen global partner relationships (primarily AWS and Salesforce). Open new partner doors, build high-trust technical and business relationships, map partner ecosystems, align internal teams for co-marketing and delivery, manage partner operations, and drive sustained inbound opportunities across regions.

Design and deliver Salesforce technical solutions and integrations. Lead technical workshops, create solution designs, specifications and user stories, implement Apex, Visualforce and LWC, integrate Salesforce with external systems via SOAP/REST and ETL tools, mentor teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer success.
