Designs and governs end-to-end technology solutions across applications, integrations, data, infrastructure, and security. Translates business and technical requirements into scalable, resilient architectures; evaluates solution options, risks, costs, and dependencies; and supports delivery from planning through implementation and transition. Partners with stakeholders, engineers, vendors, security, QA, and operations teams. Maintains architecture documentation, participates in governance and design reviews, ensures regulatory and enterprise standards compliance, and communicates recommendations to technical and senior audiences.

Administer contract legal review processes, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, routing, documenting, and maintaining commercial agreements. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and business stakeholders; manage approvals, amendments, renewals, repositories, key dates, obligations, reporting, and process improvements. Ensure contract documentation is accurate, complete, confidential, and compliant with company standards.

Leads Salesforce development, enhancement, support, and delivery across a global organization. Defines product roadmaps and solution requirements with business stakeholders, manages a distributed team of 10–15 developers and analysts, promotes platform best practices, and oversees governance, testing, releases, risks, resources, and timelines. Partners with architecture, infrastructure, security, data, QA, and business teams while reporting portfolio status and outcomes to senior leadership.

Directs primary and excess casualty claims involving emerging risks, long-term exposure, and significant coverage issues. Analyzes liability, damages, and coverage; develops litigation and resolution strategies; establishes reserves; identifies large losses; and communicates with internal and external stakeholders. Requires a Juris Doctorate, substantial insurance claims experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and some travel.

Complete high-volume commercial insurance policy-lifecycle transactions, including binder reviews, policy issuance, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements. Manage work through completion while meeting service-level, productivity, and quality standards. Analyze workflow data, identify process improvements, collaborate with underwriting and operations partners, support workload balancing and onboarding, and develop expertise in Guidewire, ImageRight, and related systems.

The Manager, Appian & RPA Development oversees development teams, manages project lifecycles, ensures quality solutions on Appian and UI Path, and fosters collaboration.

Manage complex US Employment Practices Liability claims, evaluating coverage, liability, damages, exposures, negotiations, and settlements. Provide legal review and policy drafting support to underwriting, prepare claims reports, identify trends, and collaborate with global claims teams. The role requires handling high-profile management liability matters, supporting internal stakeholders, and occasional travel for claims mediation.

Handle primary and excess general liability claims, provide technical oversight to third-party administrators, evaluate coverage and exposures, manage counsel and litigation strategy, establish reserves, analyze claim trends, maintain accurate claim files, negotiate resolutions, and support underwriting and actuarial teams during renewals.
