The Manager, Appian & RPA Development oversees development teams, manages project lifecycles, ensures quality solutions on Appian and UI Path, and fosters collaboration.

Handle complex primary and excess construction casualty claims (construction defect, job site bodily injury, OCIP/CCIP, NY Labor Law). Perform coverage and exposure analysis, reserving, litigation oversight, negotiation/mediation, and collaborate with underwriting, actuaries, and management to resolve high-exposure claims and advise on policy/endorsement issues.

Lead underwriting operations and technical initiatives including UAT, defect management, workflow design, and production support. Partner with Underwriting, IT, and Project teams to translate technology solutions into operational improvements, develop training and documentation, and drive process optimization and adoption.

Lead implementation and local adoption of the Global Third Party Risk Management framework across North America. Oversee third-party lifecycle activities (onboarding, due diligence, reviews, renewals, terminations), monitor compliance with policies and regulations, maintain governance trackers and dashboards, escalate vendor risks, partner with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, IT and business owners, and identify process improvements while supporting training, audits, and stakeholder communications.

Lead and execute rating for admitted insurance business, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, manage complex accounts end-to-end, serve as rating SME for system migrations and process improvements, support audits and reconciliations.

Manage claims account relationships for large national clients and brokers, oversee service delivery, resolve contract and billing issues, monitor claims data integrity, analyze trends, support business development and presentations, and participate in continuous improvement and broker advocacy initiatives. Travel as needed.

Responsible for overseeing the Guidewire Policy Center platform, leading a development team for commercial insurance products, and ensuring system performance. Involves incident management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementing automation.

The Vice President, Global Head of Reporting and Governance will establish global reporting frameworks and governance standards in Finance Operations, ensuring data integrity and driving transparency in financial processes.

Lead and manage global Accounts Payable operations, standardize processes, improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive automation initiatives while fostering a high-performing team.

Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with the Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA). Perform production history audits, policy and claim assessments, monitor RMA compliance cases and HyDRA reports, draft formal responses, and support process/system improvements and Quality Control reporting.
