Supports corporate legal operations, including global entity management, governance records, compliance filings, board materials, M&A and restructuring transactions, intercompany documentation, treasury requests, and corporate document authentication. Coordinates with internal teams, outside counsel, notaries, registered agents, and transaction parties. Maintains corporate archives and supports public-company secretarial functions, SEC filings, equity compensation, and cap table operations.

Leads international business development and revenue growth for UAS, ISR, and defense support services. Builds senior relationships with DoD, intelligence, and special operations customers; develops pipelines; shapes acquisition strategies; leads capture, teaming, proposal, and bid decisions; monitors defense market trends; and aligns technical, programmatic, pricing, and corporate growth strategies. Manages strategic partnerships, executive customer engagement, forecasting, and business development teams.

Provide advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for programs. Monitor costs, prepare EACs and variance analyses, support proposals/pricing, ensure compliance with accounting and contract requirements, coordinate billing/revenue recognition, mentor junior staff, and support audits and financial reviews.

Manage the IR&D program financial lifecycle: selection, forecasting, earned value reporting, cost analysis, EACs, and program risk/opportunity assessments; produce monthly/quarterly forecasts and present performance to leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.
