Responsibilities include system design, energy modeling, equipment specifications, engineering calculations, one-line and network drawings, cost estimation, and supporting projects through feasibility, design, bid, construction, startup, and commissioning. Occasional travel and client presentations required.

Provide architectural design and production support from concept through construction administration for advanced manufacturing and federal projects. Positions are hybrid and require in-person Day 1 onboarding at a local AECOM office.

Design and model roadway and interstate projects across the Southeast using MicroStation/OpenRoads. Perform roadway calculations (superelevation, SSD, DSD, accel/decel lanes), apply 2018 AASHTO Green Book, and support alternative delivery and design/build mega-projects at junior through senior levels.

Design and analyze highway drainage systems for large design/build and alternative delivery transportation projects. Work includes storm drain and cross culvert design, hydrology, ditch and bridge deck drainage, temporary drainage, and stormwater quantity control. Roles span CAD designers to junior, mid, and senior drainage engineers using Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads. Hybrid positions based in the southern US.

Lead technical planning, design, feasibility, and construction of microgrid, BESS, and renewable projects. Interface with clients, coordinate teams and subcontractors, develop cost estimates and technical reports, create microgrid solutions using industry software, review solar designs and energy modeling, lead proposals, train staff, recruit, and travel occasionally within the U.S.

Lead and manage multi-disciplinary transit engineering projects across the Southeast, serving as technical lead and project manager for LRT, BRT, commuter rail and multimodal corridors. Oversee design and delivery, coordinate stakeholders, ensure QA and compliance, develop budgets/schedules, write scopes/estimates, mentor staff, and support business development and client engagement.

Lead and manage large, complex US Federal and DoD proposal efforts from capture through interviews. Create annotated outlines and draft content, ensure compliance and quality, run color reviews, support capture strategy, mentor proposal teams, maintain proposal files/CRM, and apply lessons learned to improve win strategies.
