Determines speeds, impact angles, velocity changes, collision dynamics, and event sequences. Prepares technical reports, communicates findings to attorneys, insurers, and law enforcement, and provides litigation support and courtroom testimony. Uses LIDAR, drones, total stations, photogrammetry, mapping tools, and reconstruction software while independently managing assignments and maintaining chain-of-custody documentation.

Own and develop an AI platform using Python, FastAPI, Amazon Bedrock, React, TypeScript, and AWS serverless services. Provide architectural ownership across .NET case management and video systems, modernize legacy platforms, establish engineering standards, oversee security and CI/CD, guide integrations, and coach engineers. The role combines hands-on production coding with technical leadership, architecture reviews, cloud infrastructure ownership, and cross-platform modernization.
